More about Man In Fear

Produced by Fractured Films, ‘Man In Fear’ is a short thriller about art, death and paranoia that is a window into a world in which Conceptual Artists create accidents as works of art. This concept is being explored further by writer/director Will Jewell in a feature film script that it is planned to go into production in the near future. 'Man In Fear' premiered at the BFI London Film Festival before screening at the Encounters Film Festival in Bristol then at various festivals around the world, including Moscow, Brussels, Rhode Island, Cleveland, Little Rock and Cambridge and won 'Best Short' at Kilburn and Renderyard festivals.

The film was also selected as one of six short films to form the first short film touring package under the New British Cinema Quarterly initiative curated by Soda Pictures - www.nbcq.co.uk The 'Joy of Six' package of shorts is playing at over 20 Uk cinemas before getting a DVD release. ‘Man In Fear’ has been snapped up by Shorts International and will be available to download in full from their website www.shortsinternational.com once the NBCQ DVD release is complete.

Great Italian Review

’Man In Fear’ got a lovely review on Italian Film Website Movie Theatre Goer. Whilst English is clearly the reviewer’s second language, her enthusiasm and enjoyment of the film are evident which is great. I particularly love the bit about it making ‘adrenaline pump in the blood’ and suspect the reviewer may have a soft spot for Mr Treadaway… See review here: http://www.movietheatregoer.net/maninfear.html
